What does VAT mean?
• VAT is a value added tax that EU and non-EU customers pay. • VAT is already included in all our prices.
How can I track my order?
Once the order is completed you will receive a tracking code via email with which you can track your shipment. Another method of tracking the package is to download the appropriate application that is proposed to you at the time of purchase.
What are the return policies?

Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 working days from the day you received the shoes .

It is possible to open and check the contents, however the shoes can only be returned when they are completely unused and packed in the original packaging, in double box

The shipping costs of the return package are to be paid by our Store.

How can I return my order?

To return an item follow these steps:

  1. Notify customer service via email at the following address or write a whatsapp message to the following phone number +39.379.1025813 indicating clearly the reason for the return. The customer service will reply as soon as possible and in any case no later than 48 hours.
  2. Pack unused shoes as received in double box

When returning an item, the customer is responsible for the shipping and related costs. Hundred can process a refund only after receiving the shoes in good condition .

Therefore, we recommend that you always keep track of your tracking code and receipts.

How to interpret the sizes?
Hundred100® advises customers to measure their foot length before choosing a size. Measuring your feet will only take a few minutes and will allow you to receive the right shoe without having to make a return. You can estimate your Hundred size by measuring your foot length from heel to toe. If you can't find the right size, don't hesitate to contact us.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
It is not possible to cancel or modify an order. This is because after an order has been confirmed, the packing and shipping process begins immediately. Of course, once you have received your order, you can return it within 14 days *, you can consult our rest page for more information.
Are out of stock items returned to stock?
Some models are refueled from time to time. We recommend that you keep an eye on our social media pages and subscribe to the newsletter to receive notifications about our shoe models.
I am not satisfied with my order, what should I do?
You can contact our customer support at and we will help you solve your problem.
How do I apply a promotional code?
Orders can be returned in exchange for credits or money refund within 14 days. In case of further questions you can contact our customer support at the customer email
Can I change my shoes with a different model or size?
We cannot change the order once completed. If you want you can make the return within 14 days and buy the new model with the receivables or money returned.
Can there be price variations on items based on the country of purchase?

Yes. There may be price variations on items based on the country of purchase. To know for sure the price for your country (if you are not in Italy) just put the item in the cart and put the shipping address.

The price communicated at that moment can't absolutely change.  

For example: Australia and New Zealand might have a slightly higher price tag of 10 to 15% more. However, in no country may there be a surcharge of more than 15%.
