What happens when I return a product
When an order is returned and meets the requirements, the customer can choose the following options:
• store credits
The credits on the store can be used to place a new order.
When do I receive my refund?
The refund will always be credited to the account used for payment, using the same payment method. We are committed to processing refunds within 7 working days after receiving the return.
What happens if I return my order from outside Europe?
For returns from non-European countries the import tax will be deducted from the credit.

What are the terms of return?
Our return policy authorizes you to return the product for any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt. You have the right to open the package and check the contents, the product must be returned unused. All original packaging, price labels, etc., must be returned together with the product without having been tampered with. If you are returning an order, always keep the tracking number and receipts for proof of shipment.

When returning goods by post, please make sure to write the address correctly.

Shipping costs The shipping costs are totally at our expense, when the product arrives damaged or not as described, or you chose the wrong size. This is valid only in Italy and in European countries.
