HUNDRED is registered trademark of CALZATURIFICIO ALDO'S SRL, based in Italy, Pieve a Nievole (PT), via del rio n. 12 and Vat number IT01068130473. Accessible through whatsapp and email during business days from 9.00 to 17.00 CET. For contact information please see our contact page. When placing an order through hundred-shoes.com, you agree to our terms and conditions as a business and a shop.

Welcome to the HUNDRED shop . Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").

Privacy
HUNDRED respects our customers' account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals. Your information (we don't store your full credit card number) is secured and encrypted with the Secure Socket Layer Software via PayPal and Mollie. Changes to our terms and conditions
We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.

Product information
HUNDRED products displayed at the Site are available in select stores all over Europe. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at this website may not be available in stores. The prices displayed at the website are quoted in euros.

Delivery
Purchased items will be dispatched within 5 business days of the order, although most will be within 2 to 3. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive (outside of Europe), and 1 week within Europe. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please send an e-mail to servizioclienti@hundred100.it. The buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of Europe.

Prices, shipping & handling charges
All prices include handling or taxes (total at end) and shipping, if delivered to customers within Europe. For customers outside Europe, additional charges may apply.

Sizing of our products
HUNDRED shoes normally fit 0.5 to 1 size bigger than other American of European brands. Please check the HUNDRED size conversion chart at the product pages in our webstore.

Payment of orders
We accept the following payments: visa, mastercard, sepa direct debit, sofort banking, paypal, mollie. This way both parties are sure for a good and trustable transaction.

Product availability
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to cancel any order.

Return policy
Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 working days counting from the day you received the shoes. You can open the package and check the contents. However, the shoes can only be returned when they are completely unused and sent in the original packaging, double boxed. Return costs are for the customer, unless otherwise indicated by HUNDRED 'customer service.

Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Liability
HUNDRED is not liable for any damages directly or indirectly, after the delivery by any cause whatsoever caused to the buyer at the buyer's business, to family buyers, to others or to property of third parties. If it is established that the seller could be held liable for any damage, liability is capped at the order of the order and never more than € 200 in total. HUNDRED is not liable for the non-availability of permanent www.hundred-shoes.com or for technical or electronic errors on the site.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold HUNDRED harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site or HUNDRED product.

HUNDRED also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in HUNDRED sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or HUNDRED, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
